Cecil sighed contenedly, enjoying how Kain's hands felt going through his hair again. "Whatever you say, Kain, whatever you say," he laughed lightly, Kain was a little stubborn when it came to doing things the hard way. It was one of his many attractive qualities. Being held by Kain like this made Cecil feel so loved, so conent. With Kain, his life was perfect.

"Heh..."He ran two fingers along Cecil's jawlline before pulling Cecil's face towards his own, kissing Cecil again. He wondered if it was possible to be to good to Cecil...and if it was well then he crossed that line a while ago. But he didn't care he loved making Cecil feel good. It was a shame Cecil wouldn't go further in their relationship. Kain continued to kiss Cecil, still running one hand through his partners hair.

Just feeling as relaxed as a soldier of Baron could ever feel, it made Cecil drowsy. He tried to hold back his nodding head, wanting to be with Kain longer before he had to go back to work and then wait anoher night to see him again. He bit back a yawn, trying not to show he was sleepy, wanting to be in Kain's arms longer while he was awake.

Kain wasn't stupid, he could tell by Cecil's eyes he was tired. Kain frowned, "You're tired...?" he himself was wide awake. He got up and turned to face Cecil, the slightest of smiles on his face, "What do I bore you...?" he asked, in a fake insulted tone as he crossed his arms again and looked down at Cecil. He just hoped Cecil caught on that he was being slightly sarcastic....

"Ah," Cecil sat up quickly, trying to look more awake, and not completely failing, he thought. "No, you don't, just been a long day," he smiled, laughing at Kain's fake insulted tone. "You do anything but bore me." It was all pretty true, because Kain kept Cecil happy, protected, and everything else favorable. The day Kain made Cecil bored would be the day Cecil fell for Rosa, which would be about, never.

"Of course." he smiled and put one knee down on the bed, "You can lay down...we can talk if you want...and if you fall asleep I'll leave..." he said, it was just a suggestion, and he wasn't all that sure of what Cecil's response to it would be...maybe the dark knight would come up with something better...but at the moment Kain highly doubted it.

"Okay, Kain," Cecil smiled at him, always liking Kain's ideas, even if he did think of something sometimes, he didn't always say it, glad to be using what Kain suggested. Pulling back the bed covers, he climbed into the thick sheets, snuggling in and getting comfortable. He could feel sleep trying to overtake him again, but he kept himself awake, just so he and Kain could talk, and so Kain wouldn't be lonely or anything if Cecil fell asleep on him. Seeing Kain just sort of standing there while he was laying in a comfortable bed almost made Cecil ask if he wanted to lay next to him so he could be just as comfortable. But, he bit it back, not wanting to sound rash or anything.

Kain sat down at the foot of the bed so he could look at Cecil. The other man looked like a little child waiting to be told a story and it made Kain laugh. He couldn't help but sigh slightly though, wanting to join Cecil under the covers. But he didn't...he didn't want to scare Cecil. "So what could you have possibly done today to make yourself so tired?" he questioned. Trying to start a conversation.

"I think it was probably just having to go around the whole castle on foot to just keep an eye out, but it could've been something else," Cecil looked at Kain, trying to think of how to keep his started conversation going. "And how are you not tired from all the tasks the king makes us do?" Kain probably had more stamina than Cecil did, so that could probably be one of the factors on why he wasn't as tired as Cecil normally was when it came to this hour.

"Cause I pace myself and don't rush to please the king..." he replied, "Though I'm just a little tired." he said giving a fake yawn and smiling, "But seems I will have to wait till later to lie down..." he said, his gaze didn't leave Cecil and he hoped he got his point across. Cecil couldn't be THAT dense.

Cecil could feel the blush heat up on his face, hearing Kain's hint. He would've liked Kain to lay next to him, so long as he didn't take it that far, not yet anyway. "Y-you can lay here for a little," he opened the bed covers slightly, wanting Kain to be happy too. If he was going to try to go farther in their relationship for Kain, this would perhaps be a good start.

Kain smiled triumphantly as he got under the covers with Cecil. He wrapped his arms around Cecil and pulled him close. He closed his eyes and sighed happily suddenly very warm, Cecil didn't have to worry he wouldn't try anything, "You know...your adorable when you're blushing like that, Cecil." he said with a short laugh.

He had to admit, even though it'd take a little adjusting to this sort of thing, he was really liking how this felt. He was glad Kain was happy now, and both were pretty warm, since they were sharing body heat. Cecil thought he was blushing harder when Kain had told him he was 'adorable when he blushed'. Cecil snuggled himself into a comfortable position in Kain's arms, loving the feeling of them being so close to each other.
